Wanderers and Bolts edge towards MTC Final

There were no come from behind victories in the Quarter Final second legs as Go Bolts drew at Parker Jackets to go through 14-10 on aggregate while Aston Villains hung on desperately to go through despite losing the second leg 4-7 to the Invincible Islanders. Islanders complaint over their elimination was reportedly taken very seriously and then laughed at by the completely impartial LMC !

Wilson’s Wanderers made light work of defeating Bisonstoke Didos 15-10 on aggregate with Groom’s Goons edging through 15-13 despite losing their second leg 7-8 to the Bushleague Midweekers.

In Sunday’s Semi-Final First Leg games, both ties finished with all to play for. Go Bolts maintained their tournament unbeaten record with a 6-5 win over the Aston Villains while Wilson’s Wanderers edged out Groom’s Goons by 5-4 with a late winning goal.

Semi-Final Second Leg games will be played next weekend.
