Phantoms [NIHL2] came away from Invicta with a thrilling overtime victory tonight thanks to a Nick Alley winner.
Jordan Liddell gave Phantoms the lead late in the opening period with Harry Blake scoring the only goal of the middle period for an Invicta side who rained in 24 shots on Dan Lane. There was no further scoring in the final period but Nick Alley was the game winning hero, scoring with just fifteen seconds on the overtime clock.
